PROGRAM: Sheriff Joe Roybal

PRESENTATION: Sheriff Roybal is the 29th sheriff in El Paso County and is, by any measure, a sheriff’s sheriff.  Born and raised in our county, he has been dedicated to our community his entire life. Over 27 years, he worked his way up the Sheriff’s office ladder from jail operations, to undercover with a DEA team, to finance/budgeting.  He climbed from sergeant to undersheriff before being elected county sheriff in 2022.  He is our staunch advocate for our 2nd Amendment rights and public safety having testified innumerous times at the state capital.  He will be giving us an update on the office progress since his election and the bad legislation passed in the legislature.
